What I do with your data.Short version: I call you, then I forget it on schedule.

The data controller is PhantomTech S.R.L., registration number TODO-CUI, registered at TODO-ADRESA, România.

For anything about your data, write to [email protected]. You get me, not a ticket form.

Only what you type into the booking form: your name, your phone number, optionally your email address, and your description of what you want built.

I buy no lists, pull nothing from other sources, and ask for nothing I do not use. The email field is optional because your phone number is all I need to call you.

To call you back and work out whether the sprint fits. That is the whole purpose.

The legal basis is GDPR Article 6(1)(b), steps taken prior to entering a contract: you are explicitly asking to be contacted. I do not ask you to tick a separate consent box, because it would not be the correct basis and it would cost you a click for nothing.

There is no newsletter, and you are not added to any marketing list.

Into Klienta, the CRM I built and administer myself. It is not a third-party marketing company, it is my own product.

The site and the CRM run on servers inside the European Union. Your data does not leave the European Economic Area.

I sell your data to nobody and pass it on to nobody, unless an authority demands it through a lawful request.

24 months after we last spoke, then it is deleted.

If we end up working together, invoices and contract documents are kept separately for as long as Romanian accounting law requires, which is ten years.

You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it if it is wrong, have it deleted, restrict what I do with it, receive it in a portable format, and object to it being processed at all.

Write to [email protected] and I will sort it within a month. It costs you nothing and I will not ask you to justify it.

I make no automated decisions about you and do no profiling. I call you myself, like a person.

This site sets no cookies and carries no Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or any other tracker.

That is why you never saw a consent banner here: there is nothing for me to ask you about.

If that does not settle it, you have the right to lodge a complaint with ANSPDCP, the Romanian supervisory authority, at www.dataprotection.ro.
