I work across mobile, web, embedded and cloud, for startups and for large companies.
I run PhantomTech, a software studio, and I’m building ClinicFlow and Klienta. I hold client work to the same standard as my own products, because I’m the one who gets the call when something breaks.

What happens after the sprint?
You get a fixed quote for the build. Build it with me and the sprint price comes off, build it with another team and the plan is still yours, or don’t build it at all.
What if I don’t like the result?
Tell me within 7 days of handover and I refund the full 4,900 RON (€990).
I’m not technical. Is that a problem?
No. You explain how your business works. I handle the technical side and explain it in plain language.
Who owns the code and the prototype?
You do. Everything made for you is yours, from day one.
Do you work with companies outside Romania?
Yes. I work remotely, in Romanian or English.
Why a fixed price instead of hourly?
Hourly billing rewards slow work. A fixed scope and a fixed price put that risk on me, where it belongs.
